Delivery
When?
All items are sent from Hertfordshire, UK within 48 hours of your order being placed unless otherwise stated.
How?
UK customers can choose from the following options during checkout:
- Royal Mail First Class: In nearly all cases this means your package will arrive the next day, but please allow up to 3-4 working days as delays with the Royal Mail can sometimes occur.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day): If you require your item quickly, please order before 12pm and you will have guaranteed delivery by 1pm the following day. A signature will be required. If you opt for the next day delivery on a Friday please be aware that the parcel may be delivered on either the Saturday or the Monday. Orders places on a Saturday or Sunday will not be posted until the following Monday.
- APC Couriers: As an alternative to Royal Mail we now offer a courier service with APC Couriers for deliveries Monday to Friday, England and Wales only.
- Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service- For orders over 2kg. Such deliveries may take slightly longer (3-5 days).
- Parcelforce Express 48- For orders over 2kg, if you require your order to arrive quickly you can opt for Parcelforce Express 48 which guarantees delivery within 48hrs. Parcels will have to be signed for.
How much?
- Royal Mail First Class- £3.95 for orders less than 1kg. £5.95 for orders between 1kg and 2kg.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) - £9.95 for orders up to 1kg. £10.95 for orders between 1kg and 2kg.
- APC Couriers (England and Wales only)- £6.95
- Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service (over 2kg)- £6.95
- Parcelforce Express 48 (over 2kg)- £10.50
In all cases, you will have the opportunity to choose your preferred delivery speed and charge, so you know exactly what you’ll be paying before you enter your payment details.
Please remember that there's a lot more to Postage and Packing than just the Royal Mail postage cost. There's packaging, transit, wages etc... we try to keep our P&P charges as low as possible and we believe we are fair in comparison with the rest of the market.
International:
All orders from outside the UK: You will be invited to choose your country when you go through the checkout process and the international delivery cost will be quoted before you confirm your payment.
